OUR RESCUED MEMBERS
The Resident Herd
Leo – "The Professional"
Leo was an Olympic Jumper. His career ended after he sustained a Suspensory Injury. After years in a competitive environment, he made it clear he preferred a relaxed and playful life. His charm is undeniable, his wit unmatched, and his ability to teach beyond the saddle is incredible.
Role: Gentle giant & outstanding uncle to sanctuary weanlings.
Mollie – "The Educator"
Rescued from a kill lot in Nevada, Mollie arrived traumatized and untouched. Her ongoing rehabilitation provides us the opportunity to slow way down. With high sensitivity, she teaches humans to observe the world through her perspective.
Role: Teacher of presence, quiet observation & deep patience.
Phoenix – "The Miracle"
Tagged for slaughter at 4–6 weeks old with a severe limb deformity, Phoenix was rescued and placed on natural barefoot care with full pasture freedom. His body remarkably self-corrected into a strong, beautiful stallion.
Role: Living proof of resilience, self-healing & love.
Majesty – "The Brave Soul"
Majesty exemplifies brave presence and emotional steadiness. Having overcome early hardship, Majesty offers quiet grounding for visitors stepping into nervous system healing.
