Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need any previous horse experience?
Not at all! Our sanctuary is a 100% non-riding facility. Whether you are a seasoned equestrian or have never touched a horse, we provide a safe, guided space for grounding and connection.
How does appointment booking work?
Appointments are requested online first. Denna personally reviews the calendar and sends approval and details directly to you.
What should I wear to my session?
Closed-toe shoes (boots or sturdy sneakers) are mandatory for safety. We also recommend comfortable, layered outdoor clothing suited for changing temperatures.
Are these sessions licensed therapy?
While many find our sessions deeply therapeutic and emotionally grounding, Denna is a Reiki practitioner and somatic educator, not a licensed medical therapist. Our focus is on somatic mindfulness, observation, and spiritual connection.
